What is E3A? It is Equine Experiential Education. It is a corporate training program where the participants, team, or group engage in an unmounted activity with horses and learn through the horse how you work together. The horse communicates with non-verbal cues, and this is important information to learn in any organization. The fact that the horse is an animal of prey makes the work with them very interesting for the human. After each activity, the group goes meets in a conference room and our team helps process what was learned in the arena to make necessary changes for improvement. Susan is the Equine Specialist and works closely with a certified and licensed mental health person. Together they make a powerful team that will lead you and your group to higher levels.
